We will offer staff, students and families COVID-19 testing the week of January 18-21. Appointments are required. If there are cancellations or no-shows, we will provide tests to walk-ins.
Appointments will become available three days in advance. If the appointment form does not allow you to select a date, it is because the date is more than three days away or there are no appointments left for that day.
We encourage you to be tested only if you are experiencing symptoms, have a known exposure or have been traveling. Due to the high demand for tests, results will be available in 1-5 days.
Student & Family Testing
To maximize the number of tests we can do at each clinic, we ask families to complete the consent form (English, Spanish or Vietnamese) before arriving at the test site. If a student is younger than 18 years old, a parent/guardian will need to complete the form.
All student and family testing clinics are open from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m.
